How do I book a detail?
You can book directly on our site by going clicking here! Otherwise, feel free to contact us directly via our inquiry form.
How do I book one of the rental cars?
We only accept booking requests via email or inquiry form. You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours of your request. You can email us at clean@krenus.ca, or complete an online inquiry form.
Where do I pick up the car?
All of our vehicles, when stored, are in downtown Vancouver. We happily offer a drop-off service for an additional $25 fee if the location is inconvenient for you.
Where do I drop off the car?
We kindly ask that you drop the vehicle back off at the location where you picked it up. If we arranged a drop-off for you, then we will happily arrange a pick-up for an additional $25 fee.
Are the vehicles branded as rental cars?
No. None of our cars have any branding on them.
Can I see the car before I decide to rent it?
We do not offer a viewing prior to rental; however, if you are not satisfied on the day of taking delivery then we will simply cancel your booking free of charge. Note that all of the pictures on the site are of our actual vehicles.
How many kms are included in the rental period?
Our pricing is based on a 100kms allowance per 24 hour period. We charge an additional $3/km over and above the daily limit.
How does the insurance work?
Insurance in BC voids collision and comprehensive coverage for drivers renting exotic, luxury vehicles. Check with your provider to see if your personal policy extends to the rental, and if not, then you will need to purchase coverage through us at a cost of $49-99/day (depending on vehicle).
How is gas handled?
When taking delivery of the car, we guarantee that it will be on a full tank. Upon drop-off, we request that you fill it up before returning it back to us. If you wish to have us refuel for you, then there will be a $25 surcharge, in addition to the cost of refueling.
What do you need from the customer when renting?
Before you take delivery of the car, you will need to send us your drivers licence, credit card information and deposit. We charge a deposit to secure the order of the vehicle, which is equal to 25% of the total projected order. The deposit will be credited towards the final payment.
What are the restrictions?
No pets
No smoking
No USA, or cross-border, driving
No off-road driving
No excessive speeding
No driver under 25 years old
